What are partial seams in quilting?
Partial seams are a clever piecing technique used when a block or unit cannot be assembled in one continuous, straightforward sequence - often because of the layout or angle of the pieces involved. Instead of sewing a full seam at once, you sew a part of the seam first, then complete it later after adding other pieces. this method is especially useful in more complex designs - like diamond shapes, stars or on point layouts. Its a handy technique that can make your quilt look intricate and seamless.
