Can I order by telephone?

We are happy to take your order over the telephone during shop hours. Tel 0759 090 1926 Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 4pm. Please have the product line number with the quantity required and your card details close to hand.

Do you send out samples?

Sorry we are not able to supply samples, most of the designer prints are not repeated and there is such a fast turnaround, so do make sure that you have enough fabric for your project.  However Basic fabrics are available to re-order.

What is the minimum cut of fabric?

The minimum cut of fabric is a long quarter or fat quarter - see size descriptions below

Long Quarter - 10" x 42" (WOF) by request useful for binding

Fat Quarter - 20" x 22" 

Multiples fat quarters of fabric

If you need 1 metre of fabric add 4 fat quarters or 2 half metres to the shopping cart any multiples of fabric will be cut as one piece.  If this is not available we will contact you before we process your order.

What are the measurements of precuts?

Charm Packs  - contain 5in squares x 42 prints

Layer Cakes - contain 42 x 10in squares

Jelly Rolls  - have 40 x 2.5in strips (each cut the width of the fabric).  This equates to 2½ metres of fabric so theu are ideal for a larger quilt project

Bali Pops - contains 40 x 2.5in wide strips.  Handmade and cut in Bali. A beautiful collection of perfectly blended hand printed Hoffman batiks.

 Bali Poppy a selection of 20 different batik prints precut to 2.5in x 42" (wof). 100% hand dyed cotton - designed in USA handmade and laser cut in Bali.

Longarm Quilting - what are the leadtimes for this service?

We operate a waiting list for the longarm quilting service, but generally the waiting time is approx 6 - 8 weeks.  However if you need your quilt returned by a specific date please talk to us we may just have a window to fit in your quilt, but we will always do our best to accommodate.
