Start you sewing journey with us at our new venue Festival Hall in Gisburn 

 Each month, you will make a different block learning new skills and techniques that you repeatedly use to get perfect blocks. These blocks are joined together with the quilt-as- you-go method.  

The tutor will demonstrate the block fully; supported with a pdf of instructions, these will be emailed to you seven days before the class once payment is received.

The quilt is made up of 12 different blocks learning new techniques each month. The cost is £45 every month and is due before each class.  

We now have limited numbers with an individual dedicated workspace.

Share your passion with like-minded people, learn and be inspired by Susan & re-create this charming vintage quilt using various traditional techniques with a slightly modern twist. Join us in this monthly four-hour workshop. All skill levels are welcome. 

 As a free additional tutorial , you can make the block keeper, which is very useful for keeping your blocks flat and neat from the vintage workshop each month.  You will make the block keeper in four stages.  A pdf of instructions is available if you prefer to make the block keeper at home after class.

This four hour class is at Festival Hall Gisburn from 10 am - 2 pm, 

The vintage quilt is mostly machine pieced so you will need a sewing machine, if you are travelling by train and do not want to transport your own machine, please ask to use one of ours and we will reserve one for you.
